Our Organization
The National Board of
Directors represents the Christ Child Society nationally.
The Board and the NCCS Office act in an advisory capacity to
Chapters, study national trends in social service, and call
attention to the unmet needs of children across the country.
Local Chapters are
chartered by the National Christ Child Society and must
conform to the spirit and purpose of the Christ Child
Society and abide by the National bylaws. Current NCCS
Chapters operate with the approval of the bishop of the
diocese in which they are located.
Delegates from Christ Child
Society Chapters meet at biennial conventions called by the
National organization to transact national business and
elect officers.
Under the Challenging Poverty: One Child At
A Time initiative, Christ Child Society Chapters work in
their communities to further the mission of the Christ Child
Society as they together prove that “Nothing is ever too much
to do for a child.”
