How will we receive registration confirmation?

The National Office will send email confirmation of your registration within 48 hours of receiving the registration. Copies of credit card billing payments will be mailed within one week.

How do we register via Email?

First, go to your computer at home or at work. Go to the NCCS website, www.nationalchristchildsoc.org . On the Home Page, there will be a link labeled Convention 08 to click on. Choose the National Convention page to see general information about the convention. In those pages there are two boxes, one for "Email Registration" which will direct you to the registration form that can be filled out on your computer. Credit card payment information may be given at the time of an email registration or a "Bill Me" option selected. Save the form as a Word document and then email it as an attachment to the National Office.

How do we use the mail-in option?

You may choose the option to print the registration form for a mail in registration. This option must have a check or credit card payment enclosed. Mail completed forms to the National Office and you're halfway to St. Louis.

Can we register all Chapter members and attendees on the same form?

NO! - To simplify the registration process, each person attending the Convention should fill out a registration form. It is the same form for a delegate or an attendee. Delegates just need to check the Delegate box on the form. A husband and wife attending the convention need to fill out a registration for each of person, since it is possible for one to be registering as a delegate under a full registration and the other only selecting certain events of the Convention.

How do we pay for the convention?

The email form will allow Chapters and individuals to authorize payment information by Visa or MasterCard. Confirmation of the credit card billing will be mailed by the office. If you choose not to include credit card information on the form, payment must be sent or phoned into the office within one week to confirm the registration.

The mail in registration form may use either a credit card authorization or check for payment at the time you mail the registration. A confirmation invoice for credit card billing will be sent from the National Office.

Can our Chapter partially reimburse non-delegate attendee registrations?

National does encourage Chapters to consider paying at least part of the registration fee for the National Convention. The event is packed with valuable workshops and speakers that not only entertain but educate our members who in turn contribute to the effectiveness of the Chapter in its ongoing projects and programs.

How many rooms have been reserved by NCCS?

The Hyatt Regency Hotel has set aside 100 rooms for our Convention. These rooms will be held until October 1, 2008. If we pass the 100 room reserve the hotel will assign more rooms based upon availability until October 1, 2008. We recommend that you make your reservation as soon as your plans are determined after April 1, 2008.

How many people may share a hotel room?

Fire codes for the hotel permit only four adults in a room containing two queen beds, two adults in a king bed room.
