I have
been the Recording Secretary for the National Christ Child
Society Board since 2006. I was one of the founding members
of our local CCS Chapter in Round Rock, Texas which was
chartered in 2002. I served two terms as President of our
local chapter from 2002-2006. In addition to my service in
the Christ Child Society, I have been involved with
fundraising efforts at our local Children’s Hospital, and
have volunteered with the St. Vincent DePaul Society.
I spent
10 years working alongside my husband while managing his
Veterinary practice. We have four wonderful children, two
are in college and pursuing their careers. We are
homeschooling the two youngest, ages 15 and 10. I love
participating in my deep water aerobics class. I trained for
and finished a half marathon in 2009. I enjoy reading
historical fiction, gardening, road trips, and hiking and
camping with my family. I like plain M&M’s, not peanut.
