I am
currently the President Elect of the National Christ Child
Society. Prior to this position, I held the Board position
of Corresponding Secretary. I have served on the NCCS Board
since 2004. During this time my primary focus has been on
operational procedures, by-laws and personnel. I also serve
on the NCCS Canonization Committee.
I have
been an active member of the Washington, DC Christ Child
Chapter since 1980. As a member of the Washington Chapter I
have chaired and assisted with a number of
fundraising events for the Chapter, as well as served as a
Board member for a number of years.
I am
currently the Facilities Director at Stone Ridge School of
the Sacred Heart where I have worked for the past 16 years.
Prior to joining Stone Ridge, I was the owner- operator of
“Simply Elegant Catering” for 10 years.
My
husband John is an attorney with the Federal Government; we
have been married for 36 years. We have 4 children. When I
am not working at Stone Ridge or on NCCS projects I am
usually found in the garden. I am a Master Gardener and I do
volunteer garden support at Hillwood Museum and Gardens in
Washington.
